WS Program Description
WS Program Overview
|
The Rate Schedule WS (Wheeling Service) became effective October 1, 2015. The WS service
allows for Wheeling Service shippers to transport gas within the Cheyenne Hub on the
Trailblazer system without incurring a fuel charge. Wheeling shippers pay only a
wheeling fee, ACA, and the applicable L&U charge. Customers can request a WS contract
by contacting their Account Director. There is no charge for having a WS contract; charges
only apply as indicated in the tariff when a WS contract is nominated and scheduled.

Wheeling
|
Transportation of gas from a physical point to another physical point within the Cheyenne
Hub is wheeling. Using WS service, shippers will be charged a wheeling fee (see the Hubs/Rates
section in the menu on the left) as well as L&U (as applicable) and ACA. Discounts, if any, will
be posted for the Cheyenne Hub on the Interactive Website and will automatically be granted.
Wheeling is scheduled as an interruptible service. |
Hubs
|
The Cheyenne Hub will consist of several points of interconnection between the Trailblazer
pipeline system and the systems of other entities, all located within close proximity to
each other. The Cheyenne Hub member physical points will be identified on Trailblazer
Interactive Website (see the Hubs/Rates section in the menu on the left).
