Cheyenne Connector, LLC, (“Cheyenne Connector”) a Delaware limited liability company, is owned 50%
by DCP Midstream, LP and 50% by Tallgrass Energy. Cheyenne Connector is a 70-mile, large-diameter
interstate natural gas pipeline transporting residue gas from the Denver-Julesburg Basin (DJ Basin) in
Weld County to the Rockies Express Pipeline Cheyenne Hub (REX Cheyenne Hub) just south of the
Colorado/Wyoming border. Cheyenne Connector, coupled with the REX Cheyenne Hub, provides
Colorado producers connectivity to bring their natural gas into the REX pipeline at the Cheyenne Hub,
and from there, to markets across the country.
