East Cheyenne Gas Storage, LLC (“ECGS”) is an underground natural gas storage facility, developed from a depleted oil and natural gas field, in Logan County, Colorado. ECGS provides firm and interruptible storage services to customers in the Rocky Mountain region. With its interconnects to Rockies Express Pipeline LLC (“REX”) and Trailblazer Pipeline Company LLC (“Trailblazer”), ECGS provides customers with diverse market access from Colorado to Ohio.

FSS:	Firm Storage Service
ILS/IPS:	Interruptible Park and Loan Service



(FSS) Firm Storage Service Provides a firm storage service up to where injection and withdrawal quantities are based on storage inventory. FSS has a Maximum Daily Injection Quantity (“MDIQ”) and Maximum Daily Withdrawal Quantity (“MDWQ”), with certain limitations on maximum and minimum inventory quantities (MSQ) based on the negotiated Firm Storage Service Agreement.

(ILS/IPS) Interruptible Loan Service/Interruptible Park Service Provides an Interruptible service for parking and loaning gas. Interruptible Parks and Loans are performed based on ECGS's system conditions and operationally available capacity.
