FAQs

  1. Will my user name be deleted if I don’t log in for a period of time?
    No, your user name will not be affected. If idle for 90 days or more, your password will be disabled and will need to be reset by contacting: customer.support@tallgrass.com or (303) 763-3517 or (303) 763-3399.

  2. How do I read this user access form?
    The top table, Functionality Overview, is intended to show what business functions are contained under the different access levels. No action required for table 1. For example, find capacity release under the Functionality column. Scroll horizontally until you find a checkmark underneath an access level. The checkmark showing beneath “Shipper Marketer Update” indicates that if you need capacity release capability, you will need to check the box for “Shipper Marketer Update” in the lower table, Requested Access Level, for the appropriate pipe. Contrary to what the form says, you can select more than one access level per user.
